I am trying to do some interpretative policy analysis of some of the higher
education reforms of some Latin-American Countries (specifically focusing on
how global neo-liberal ideologies/discourses were adapted/used on those
reforms) during the last decade.

I am trying to get in contact with people doing this kind of work in order
to develop my ideas and methodological approach.
