Many of you know ISA-Northeast as a hospitable place for non-
mainstream work in polisci and International Relations; we've recently
separated from the Northeast Political Science Association, which
gives us even more flexibility in designing our own program. Here's
the call for proposals. I'll be sending out something next week
inviting graduate students to the annual workshop on "interpretive and
relational methodologies" I run in conjunction with this meeting.
Please join us in Baltimore, and feel free to encourage your students
and colleagues to attend as well!
