[Interpretationandmethods] using interview transcripts effectively

I'd start with the excellent little manual Writing Ethnographic  
Fieldnotes, by Emersen, Fretz and Shaw (U Chicago 1995). Then, of  
course, Dvora and Peri's book Interpretation and Method (ME Sharpe,  
2006).
