Has anyone seen any news reports on the ways in which the internet is being
used by various factions within Afghanistan to coordinate action? It seems
to me that the rapid turnaround in the military fortunes of the Northern
Alliance and other tribal fighters in the South could be heavily influenced
by the internet, given the lack of television.
