[icernet] Goa to become India's Cannes

France has its Cannes Film Festival. Germany has its Berlin Film Festival.
And now, India will have its very own Goa Film Festival, otherwise known as
the International Film Festival of India (IFFI).

Announcing this Tuesday, Information and Broadcasting Minister Ravi Shankar
Prasad said Goa would be the new, permanent venue for the IFFI, which had
been moving around the country ever since its inception.
