Please apologize me for not informing about the temporary 'halt' of ICERNET
and MORGUE digest newsletters. For the month of July and August there
wouldn't be any mails in this services (I am attending Summer Doctoral
Programme of Oxford Internet Institute of University of Oxford, London).
Hopefully, ICERNET and MORGUE will return to operation by first week of Sep.
2003.
