After a series of box-office disasters all through last year, the 
Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) has put forward proposals to revive 
the entertainment sector. Interestingly, CII budgetary recommendations have 
come at a time when Silicon Valley venture capitalists are keen to invest 
in the Indian entertainment industry.
