[icernet] Press Council asks media not to show mangled bodies

  "While reporting news with regard to terrorist attacks or communal 
riots, the media should not publish pictures of mangled corpses or any 
other pictures which can create terror, or revulsion or ignite communal 
passion among people," the Press Council's new guideline said. The 
Council appealed to the media to follow this guideline in "national 
interest" while discharging its duties.
