This is to tell you the most up to date news about the publication of 
our ITUA proceedings. The manuscript is now in the hands of the 
staffs of the CU Press; so it'll be a short while before you get to 
see the real copy. We will make every effort so that you can see (and 
buy) the proceedings during this year's ASIA CALL conference in May.
