Dear participants,

I have a piece of good news. The director of CU Press has just 
informed that the Press is willing to publish *every* paper presented 
at the ITUA conference. So the projected volume will be a publication 
of the proceedings, instead of a collection of selected papers.

I hope this news will give everyone a much needed stimulus to 
complete the papers. However, since space in the volume is limited, 
everyone is requested to limit the word length of their papers to 
only *7,500* words. Those who have already submitted their papers 
will be asked to revise theirs if their papers exceed this limit.

Please send your papers by July 31. Thanks a lot for your contribution.
