[CALL News] Paper submission deadline extended

Dear ITUA'ers,

Months and weeks have gone by, and I have returned from Germany 
finding myself deluged with backlogged work. However, the work on the 
online proceedig is progressing, and in order to accommodate those 
who may be running out of time, we would like to extend the deadline 
for submitting the papers to July 31.

Hope this extension will help you somewhat with juggling of your 
works. The proceeding will become public shortly after July 31.
